General

 Speedpay is a third-party vendor that provides electronic payment service to ICM customers. The service provided gives customers the freedom and  convenience to pay their bill when and how they want.

Speedpay is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days  a year. You can make up to 3 payments per 30 day cycle. A Construction Loan payment can be future dated up to 14 days from today’s date. A Mortgage payment can be future dated no earlier than 7 days before the due date.

The minimum payment for a Construction loan is $100. The minimum payment for a Mortgage loan is the Total Amount Due. All loans have a maximum payment amount of $15,000.

Speedpay does not require enrollment or subscription. Speedpay can be used as needed for one-time payments.

You need your ICM loan number and loan property  address zip code. You will be prompted for additional information, credit/debit card billing zip code (if different from your mailing address), etc.

ACI and Intercoastal Mortgage use the highest standards in Internet security. Account information displayed within the customer and biller portals is truncated to protect confidential data. Any information retained is not shared with third parties.

You do have the opportunity to setup a profile for future logins. When prompted to create a password, please make sure the passwords is be between 7 and 40 characters and include at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character and no more than 2 repeating characters.

Paying online via ACH (debit from bank account) or with an offline Debit Card saves time, gives you the flexibility to pay how and when desired, saves money (no more stamps, paper checks or envelopes).

There are no signup costs or subscription fees.  

The ACI Speedpay website will provide a confirmation number when the transaction is complete. Please print this confirmation number for future
reference.

All payments made before 3:00 p.m. ET will be credited as paid the same day and will reflect as paid in the payment portal the following business day. Payments made after 3:00 p.m. ET will be credited as paid on the following business day and reflect as paid in the portal two business days after payment is received.

There are 2 ways to pay:

1. ACH (debit from bank account), and
2. Offline debit card – An offline debit card is a card that is typically issued by credit card companies through their participating banks. The cards may be used everywhere credit cards are accepted. Offline debit transactions do not require a PIN. Offline debit cards are backed by a bank account and offline debit card payments are subject to the same Payment Card Industry requirements as credit cards.

*Currently, Zelle is not an option for payment.

Mobile Wallet Billing (MoBill) Details

When you enroll an account in moBill, you’ll be able to receive and pay your monthly bill through your smartphone’s native mobile wallet – Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android).

  • Sign up only requires your account number, mailing ZIP code and a few steps to add a pass for your gas bill to your mobile wallet, which is a native app on your smartphone.
  • Your monthly bill will be paperless since it’ll be delivered directly to your mobile wallet.
  • You will not need to remember a username and password to view and pay your bill. 
  • When your bill is ready to view and pay each month, you’ll receive a notification on an Apple device or a text on an Android device. 
  • When viewing your bill in your mobile wallet “pass,” you can also:
    • Pay your bill using a credit/debit card or checking/savings account. A $2.50 convenience fee will apply to each transaction.
    • View your full bill.
    • Set preferences for new bill and payment received notifications, as well as due date reminders.
